Artwork sent by email should be clearly marked with the sender's name & contact details
Artwork Supplied on Disk:
We accept CDs, 1.44Mb floppy disks, and 100Mb & 250Mb Zip disks
Mac File Formats Accepted
Adobe Illustrator v8, Adobe Photoshop v5, Macromedia Freehand v9
PC File Formats Accepted:
CorelDraw v6, Adobe Photoshop v7.0, Adobe Illustrator, Freehand 10
All Artwork is virus checked on receipt. Any artwork found to contain a virus will be returned to you for replacement with a note specifying the type of virus present. Contaminated artwork or disks will not be used.
Spot Colour Artwork should be supplied in a vector file format, ready for output. Bitmap files should be supplied as high resolution colour seperated or multi channel files. Bitmaps embedded within vector files are generally not acceptable. Process Artwork should be supplied as high resolution CMYK images. We cannot work from RGB or low resolution artwork. All design components must be supplied and clearly identified. All screen and printer fonts used should be supplied, or all text must be saved as curves/outlines. All relevant Pantone
colour references must be supplied with artwork. A Colour visual must accompany disks. All disks should be clearly labelled with return address and job title.
Artwork Supplied on Film or Bromide
Artwork supplied on film or bromide should be colour seperated and sized appropriately. All seperations must be clearly labelled. Film or bromides will not be accepted unless accompanied by a full colour visual. It is not possible for us to modify artwork that is supplied on film or bromide in any way, prior to printing.
Failure to follow these guidelines may result in the delivery period being extended. Any time spent in bringing unuseable artwork up to specification is chargeable. |
